Advanced #13: the passive voice

So far, we've been using what is known as the "active" voice to make sentences such as:

The doctor examines the patients.

In this lesson, we will be working out how to turn sentences like this around and instead say:

The patients are examined by the doctor.

This is known as using the "passive" voice, and the good news is that one of the main ways of doing this is very similar to the English. Other ways (such as using on), are however nothing like the English...
